Ideally you use it to prevent the problem, not wait until it happens. I hear 2 weeks into a cycle often lately.

You do not ever use it during pct!!!!
During the cycle 250iu x 2 a week should be plenty up to the last test inject. Then 500iu a day for ten days. Then wait four days, and begin serms.

Either way is fine but you can just start it along with the first inject.

I usually start 10 days after the 1st inject.

Sucks because a lot of sources sell it in batches of 5000-6000IU which is enough to get through a 10-12 week cycle but not enough for the last 10 days.
