When to do blood tests and how often

I have been reading on the protocol of using 250 IU 2 days before and the day before pinning with 100 mg tetosterone. When would you recommend drawing labs on this protocol and how oftern would you draw labs. thanks in advance.

Guys usually get labs on the day they inject, but before actually doing the injection that day. This should be your trough. As for how often, it depends on how long you have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and/or if you make any changes to your protocol.

is the peak not important as well to prevent side effects such as elevated estradiol levels? when would one check peak if necessary?

I personally find it interesting to check the peak for the reason you say. But many guys don't like to share those results with their docs for fear of being cut back on their dose. You can use www.
