when to get blood tests for 12 week cycle?

My cycle looks like this
Week 1-4 30 mg dbol
Week 1-12 Test e 250mg on Tuesday and 250 mg on Friday
W 1-14 Exemestane 12.5mg everyday
W 1-12 HCG 250iu on Monday and Thursday 500iu per week total ( day before test injection)
W 13 250 iu Tuesday/ 250 iu Friday
W 14 250 iu Tuesday / 250 iu Friday.. leaving 3 days before
PCT MONDAY
W 15-18 CLOMID 50mg ED
W 15- 16 NOLVA 40mgED
W17-18 NOLVA 20 mg ED
I planned on getting private mdlabs female hormone panel done 1-2 weeks before my cycle start date (Jan). 6 weeks in and not sure about how many weeks after pct.
