Well, if you were 14-15% before cycle, there is no reason you cannot be the same or lower bf by the end of the 12 weeks. Your bf is dictated by the quality of the food you eat. If you are bulking, just keep the food clean, and don't get too crazy with excess carbs.
People cut on test e cycles all the time. Drop your calories just a little bit if you see yourself gaining excess fat. With clen, you can drop your calories a little, or try carb cycling. Carb cycling is probably the easiest and most healthy ways of dropping bf.
Remember, your test is going to be super high, so as long as you don't get too crazy with your excess carbs, you should be able to keep the bf down. Also, clen is anti-catabolic.
