When to start pct

Hi there I've just finished my first 12 week of doing sust and deca. I stoped deca on 10th week and carried on with sust for another 2 weeks at double the dose. I just want to know when to start post cycle therapy (pct) because when I first researched this information I found out that I was to start 3 weeks after last pin but not sure bow as I've been off deca for 2 week. Anyone know. Also what dose of clomid and nova Cheers

the deca ester takes forever to clear I would start 3 weeks after last pinn but mayb extend post cycle therapy (pct) for 1 week or 2 longer then normal
