When to start?

I want to do a 12 week cycle soon so I can be that much bigger this summer when I can actually show it off. Only problem is I am going to be busy as shit starting mid June. I figured that I can probably get away with only missing 1 week of training and get a solid 11 weeks in. My question is how important will that missed week be?
 
I am assuming this is a test only cycle? Taking a week off is fine. Personally, i would try to work it in towards the beginning instead of towards the end. If this is a test cycle you are going to start really seeing your gains 6-8 weeks in (maybe sooner if your lucky) Stay Strick with the diet.
