When to take creatine???

I'm saying that you're shortening the time it'll stay in your body and the effectiveness of your workout since you're waiting so long.

I usually hit the gym 10min after I intake creatine and I get huge pumps & I can lift more.

I HAVE intaken creatine around 40-50min before hitting the gym, but it just wasn't the same. (I worked on the same muscle & under the same conditions as taking it 10min beforehand)

Sure, your body naturally produces it, but I'm talking about the powder / capsuled creatine you're putting into yourself. I'm just saying it's not the same as taking it and going to the gym earlier, you'll workout better in my opinion atleast.

Bro, it takes days to get elevated levels of creatine... so it wont matter.
But its better to be taken with some quick carbs, so around training I go,, but then I use morning and before bed also...

i don't know if your talking about something like NO-EXPLODE or EXPAND for creatine if some so yea after an hr later your gonna piss out tsome of the other shit in those "get you pumped" mixes, but the creatine is still gonna be in your sysytem...creatine doesn't go away that fast..thats whole reason with mono-creatine to LOAD...then you take maintnance doses after that..but hell if you miss a maintnance dose it's not like your gonna deflate...any ways the point is creatines not gonna lose its affectiveness after an hr and your lifting being better right after you take it is mostly mental...imo

yea i think your talking about mixed creatine "pump" complexes...which will lose effectiveness over time in your system..also i give you props for the avatar..NICE :hitit:
