To do cardio Ive read alot of conflicting info over the years so what is best? AM, PM, Before training, After training or does it not matter as long as your doin somthing?.

I try not 2 focus on the calories consumed v cals burned thing, i just do cardio at least once a week 2 get the heart and lungs workin hard. I try 2 get my heart rate 2 130 beats per min and hold it there for 30 mins.
