Hey girls!!!! Ive been training hard for about two years. Starting stats were about 145 lbs. 5'9 19 yrs old, b.f. around 20% Im now 128 lbs. and right around 12% I have also been dieting hard...very strict. Im a very motivated person, and Ive leaned out quite a bit. I started training for power with my partner, and it really wore me down as far as energy and joint problems. Im pretty happy with the way I look, but was wondering how to get more info on fitness/figure competitions. I think Im just starting to get bored with the intense training and nowhere to go. Any advice???
