approach the biggest baldest dude in your gym with the most tattoos and preferably a shaved head .......hell definately use roids ......timing is everything though so approach him on the 2nd last rep of his 4 set of squats and scream into his ear as hes half way up "dude can you get me some steroids"...........works everytime

Solid advice, if thay doesnt work, this is what i learned. Its steroid code. Stand in the far back left corner of a gym for 12 minutes, with ur left pinky raised to the air. Every 2 minutes spin around 5 times. Anyone who sells steroids knows this code, and will come to u.
 
we dont use steroids it is a nasty habit , noone uses them including the pro's.
