In the past I've only used whey isolate but I've been reading that isolate is absorbed so quickly that most lots of the protein goes to waste. I'm going to start mixing the isolate with slower absorbing proteins in order to increase absorbtion.
My question is, what combination of protein is best? I figure I'll keep my post workout shake pure isolate because post workout you need fast absorbing protein. What about my two midday shakes? Should I use an equal ratio of all three types of protein? More of one particular protein?
