Ive researched on taking whey protein as well as bcaa supp. there have been mixed reviews bc whey has bcaa's in it. some say no need its jus over kill other say yes go ahead and take both supps. any opions or views on this? THANKS
It comes down to personal opinions. I mean you don't want to over load at once but when it comes to protein and Ammino's it's hard to take to much especially when your training hard. You need the fuel. I like taking straight ammino's after workouts. I seem to recovery better. Then I'll take protein shake that has some in the morning or night. ok. thanks for your response. its greatly appreciated . i have a guy who works at a supplement distrubution hub here in my state and he hooks me up with crazy prices. they supply a lot of places through out the nation so i am able to get any supp more then half off retail.
