Not sure about them never tried them. Pit-bull NS that i use save a lot of $ on packaging and advertising but use hugh quality product, im guessing solid muscle is tha same way. The supplement industry is fkd, companies charged outrageous $ to afford to pay sponsered atheletes like Heath, Cutler, Kai and so on
