Here is a list
Munched 2 bags of blue potato chips , Munched turkey burgers( not to bad but the whole wheat bun and all the ketchup on the potato wedges.
AppleBees chicken fajita roll ups and fries. And tonight I ate 4 slices of pizza!
Well I am done gorging myself! Pretty much wasted a week of running 15 miles on the treadmill and about 15 Hot-Rox's!!
