Time on = time off is ok but its basically bs because you could take much longer to recover or it could come much faster. I've done many cycles with little time between and have always recovered well but I have a pretty good post cycle therapy (pct) and a lot of luck.
The best thing IMO is to get blood work 2-3 weeks post post cycle therapy (pct) to see if you have recovered, have not, or are slowly recovering. Then adjust if needed. Then you should give yourself time and trying gaining for a while naturally and then decide another cycle.
Now if you compete or are getting paid, many guys think it's a waste to come off and I've talked to guys who cruise at a gram of test, HGH, and tren or primo then add a bunch when it's blast time. There are also more conservative approaches. These likely are very unhealthy but some people tolerate it well. You have to weigh the risk vs reward and be honest with yourself on your goals and intentions. If it's recreation and you just want to get bigger then take ample time off to recover. If you are getting paid then I guess do what you have to if its worth it to you. If you think you are gonna become pro BB (good luck because it's most likely not happening without 3-5 grams of gear, as much gh as you can get, good amounts of slin, and either great genetics it the right genetics to allow your body to tolerate and use all the stuff). Most of us do this for personal changes and gains so it's still best to follow blood work in all stages and a couple times on cycle, not just to see t levels but to check lipids, CBC, etc.
