ive kept practically all my gains- going from 205ish to 220. i stopped creatine and m1t at the same time and only lost 2-3 pounds, which was probably water. right now im in the middle of my last round of 10mgs. a day of m1t with creatine, of course. this last round of m1t has consisted of mainly strength gains; i might have only gained 2pounds, leaving me at 222. i have been eating like a f'n horse which probably had something to do with keeping the gains.......but im no expert.
