Who here is Military or Ex-Military?

land nav was always a piece of cake for me, I really have no clue why. Put me on any course, day or night and I'd nail it. When I was a young pup I did a lot of wilderness type shit so that probably helped in terms of terrain recognition and shit like that. I'll never forget one time during a land nav course my compass broke and I still managed to find all the points within the allotted, I felt like a freakin' badass. Nobody else seemed to care lol.
 
Canadian Recce ( Recon) for Airbourne.. sadly disbanded in the early 90's.. missed but never forgotten.

My user name comes from the fact that I was recalled at 42 to do Hull Tech as a LS.. almost got suckered into it, until I realized I'd be bunking with 12 snot nosed kids.

US ARMY RANGER HERE, everyone can go home now LMFAO.................. Big shout out to all my brothers and sisters and arms here on this forum we are 1% of the population that has volunteered to sacrifice themselves for the greater good, I don't think our soldiers get enough credit but from one soldier to another thank you. RLTW!!!!!!!
