From what my research and experience with Dbol has taught me, starting Dbol and stopping is worthless. Are you trying it as a front load? Dbol should be used for shorter cycles, not as a start/stop or 12 weeker.
I ran Test Cyp 12 weeks and Dbol for the first 5 weeks. Saw great gains at first but increased sides. Water retention and back pain from the DBol. Next cycle I ran just the test cyp and focused on my diet and workout. Personally, I think it was much much better.
If you really want, you can run the dbol in the beginning and have an AI running through the whole thing to minimize sides from stopping the dbol, but as I said above, I don't think the gains are worth it if you're running a good dose of Test
