Lucky guy, I guess. I'm foreigner, what does it mean "ripped"?

Lucky guy? Well partly, good genes are the luck of the draw I guess. But the guy has been doing everything right for years (diet, exercise, gear, etc.).......that's not luck.......that's dedication.

Ripped = Muscular with very low body fat. IE abs visible.

...and steroids...:D

Well I'm 55, will be 56 this June (2004). I've been lifting most of my life. I just did my 1st cycle last year and believe me, it helped me attain a strength level I have never had. I don't go over board and stack. I use test cyp (I did stack EQ the 1st 6 weeks of a 12 week cycle)....Doing my 2nd cycle now and I'm running 750mgs/week of test cyp only. I use .5mg EOD of liquidex to control estrogen. I feel better, stronger and more virile than I have in years.

masterpig...ripped means to be "cut". Muscles stand out where you can see their striations, ect...

Steroids seem to work wonders for older folks... Pops, 47 this year, started a few years back... he thinks that stuff like that should be issued to dudes when they hit a certain age, heh

Although I don't actually know this guy but he is by far the oldest competitive BB I have ever seen and in 1991, at the age of 61 years old, he won the Niagara Falls Pro Invitational. None other than Albert Beckles!
