Why does my post need to be approved by mod now?

I've not posted anything offensive or illegal. Why does it need to be approved now? What can I do to not need approval everytime?

How about making real posts rather than posting simply for the sake of getting to 50 posts? Think that might help?

3J had a post about this earlier. It's some glitch with the software or something. Should only be temporary until the fix things.
