Why is water so important?

get dehydrated and see how you guys feel.. every last function of the body depends on water..

i drink 1/2 of a gallon in a 2 hr jiu-jitsu session..i drink 1/4 of a gallon at the gym.. an i drink about 1/2 a gallon throughout the day...

i fucking love water... i know its sick.. i have clients complain to me about just drinking water all the time

but nothing will do you better then water... water in excess that is.. your body is running 100% in that context
