Width exercises & Thickness exercises

DEATH to "The Club Boys"!
What exercises build width and which exercises build thickness? Please feel free to mention any exercise for whichever body part you want to.

I want to make sure I am doing the right exercises.
 
Heavy rack-deads have been doing a nice job at adding thickness to my lower-middle back and traps.
For hamstrings, straight leg deadlifts are seem to do the job for adding thickness.
