Im currently 18 and looking to drop 10 kilos and be lean i weight 87 kilos now. i was wondering whats the best supplement to use. clen? M-tren-75 ? Winistral? just need some ideas .And what sort off diet will i need. i play sport i run 3 times a week 2 hours every sesh is that enough cardio?
 
Them supplements are for people triying to rid of that last pound or 2 right bfore a show. A good diet cardio and weight training is the way to go.
 
First of all. Welcome.

Second- Can you post your Height, Weight and BF%?
Third- Too young for AAS (you can have great fat loss and muscle gains without them)
Fourth- NO ORALS ONLY and you are too YOUNG anyways.
Fifth- What is your diet? at 18, I doubt it is in check.
6th- Do you do anything other than cardio 2-3 times a week for 2 hours?

These are the questions the SR. Experts will be asking you. =)
 
you are 18..... please dont start using clen and AAS... you can lose it naturally, you have all the time in the world to do this, you will be much happier with the outcome if you train properly, make sure your diet is in check, and cardio, cardio cardio.. if you need help with meal ideas or anything pm me , ive lost over 100 lbs NATURALLY and kept it off for a couple years, so ive got a few ideas that might work for ya.. REMEMBER- your weight loss success starts in the kitchen..
 
It is the natural psyche that everybody is much conscious to have light weight especially in female so join the gym with controlling your high diet protein meal,and drink more water,adopted constitutional walk that is more better for light weight,the best solution is not take any worry or tension.
