Will HCG affect Prolactin level?

I am considering a 30 day Hcg-shot program to lose body fat. My friend lost 30 pounds on same program. The problem is I have an elevated prolactin level due to pituitary microadenoma. Not on meds at this time. My endocrinologist prescribes synthroid 100mcg/day due to Hashimoto's.

Will Hcg cause a spike in my prolactin level again? Do not want to go back on Bromocryptine. Any advice? Thanks!
