I'm just wondering if after one cycle of winni i will have been able to shave a milli second of my 40 time i'm at 4.71 lookin to hit the 4.5's or 4.4's is that possible after a single cycle???
anyways how about working on your kickstart of the 40...
sprint 20 yds back n forth..constantly until out of breath....
for a few days see if that helps with your speed..
I can answer it from experience. When I was a senior in highschool I did my first cycle(tren)with eca . I didnt do it to gain mass but for speed. I was 6"4 245 and pretty sloppy and went down to 220, very solid by the season. My forty went from 5.07 to 4.63 The key to speed is how you train dude. You have to do all your football lifts RDL, deads, bench, jammer, squats and most important cleans 2 times a week. first 2 days lifted for strength and second 2 low weight and fast pace. I also went to speed school. I streched for atl east 30min ed. I did speed and change of direction drills every morning and after i worked out I ran a mile in under 10min. If you work hard man its possible. GL
