winni oil question

Hey bros, this looks like the place to be for homebrew guys. I just made last night some winni in oil with this recipe

1 gram stan powder
1 ml ba
3 ml bb
3 ml peg400

heat and swirled that mix till clear, then added 12.25 ml grapeseed oil, heat that whole thing up until clear, took a while and fairly high heat, tho no smoking. So, after cooled down a little, got this bottom of the vial layer effect, maybe 1/4 inch thick, moved like it was heavy and viscous, but really quite clear tho a light gold color. Above this layer rest of contents was semi cloudy. Shook the whole thing up, entire contents semi cloudy. 12 hours later, layer is back , and when shook up again semi cloudy with beginning of settling in approx. an hour. No clumps or crystals, just that layer thing.

Is that bottom layer winni in a solution of the peg400/ba/bb, and then when shaken up does that solution go into a suspension in the oil ? would filtering this whole thing do anything or just take out the winni and clog up ?

appreciate any help bros
