I am taking a capsule eod of Winstrol (winny) that I got from XXX Labs. I am 206lbs at about 16% body fat and I am 5'10''. How much cardio is too much and is there a way to tell? Thanks for the help.
sorry, I forgot to tell it is a 50mg capsule. I had never heard of Winstrol (winny) in a capsule form or XXX Labs. I have heard good things, do you have any info.
