Hey guys, just started my summer cycle. Stats are 6ft. 210 probably between 10-14% bf. This is my 4th cycle and my bud and I are going ham, we've got a much more experienced friend that designed the cycle and is watching over us.
Starting at 1200mg test e and 800 deca with 25mg proviron ed. First pin was 1 week back.
After we get our suspension in we'll use that for 400 of our weekly test and 800 of test e behind it, for 25 days then back to 12 and 8 for a week.
After a rest week we'll add a 50/50 mix of dbol and anadrol every day for 30 days, debating doing 50mg a day instead for 60 days.
Then we drop deca and run eq at 600 a week tren hex at 500mg (did 400 last cycle loved it) put test at 1000mg.
Lastly 3 weeks from my show in oct do same numbers but tren ace, mast p, test p, eq, and winny inj.

Probably will take t3 or clen, but I fuckin hate clen can't breathe lol. Already skyrocketing, just benched 315 for 3 raw then played around with a slingshot band hit 455 for 2 and 545 for 1 with ammonia salts feel like the hulkest mofo alive, did my girl 5 times today.

I'll try and keep updated working 2 jobs too soo.... anyway looking to hit 230 by early sept and chop back to -210 for the show
 
Sorry bro's gettn busy but I'm doin my best. Everything is full steam 1200 test 800 deca just got in an order so my bud and I just started the dbol/drol oil @ 25mg each ED. We decided to do 25mg a piece for 60 days. I hate doing anadrol at 50+ mg a day the sides are too much, plus we're trying to keep our livers. Everything is hitting hard been an animal in the gym and more so with my girl. All lifts are just starting to increase and I have the on cycle constant pump. I've finally gotten my diet on point, I have my girl cook me 4 whole foods meals in tupperware for every day and I make breakfast and late night foods. I.E. 1st meal: whey isolate, 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon. 2nd: brown rice, talapia, asparagus. 3rd: (pre workout) whole grain pasta, 2 chicken breasts, spinach and peppers, gatorade. 4th: (post) whey isolate, gatorade, white rice, chicken. 5th: some kind of red meat or salmon, asparagus, yams or sweet po. 6th: spinach and chicken.

I've never had my diet on point like this and god damn I feel yoked my definition is better everyday and I feel unbelievable, the only, negative is stuffing all this in is cray as fuark, I feel like I have a Kai greene offseason gut ha. Weight is at 215 started at 208, looking for 220+ before I'm done with the injectable dbol/drol which is just 2 days in. Looking for an opinion on whether I should spot inject the oil into the muscles to be trained that day or just rotate sites (never sure if site injections actually help). Arms are back up to 17 chest 46 need to measure quads soon too. Also upped the proviron to 50mg ED due to the puffy nips starting to come back, got them on the tail end of last cycle, knew they'd be back at this hulk ass dose so hopefully between 50mg of prov and half a tab of ADEX EOD my E will be in check. If not caber is on the way soon cause after deca is done might move to some old British Dragon tren hexocarbonate a bro gave me and I hate tren sides but w/e.

Just got done with back sitting down n eating. Showed up at the gym at 2 and my lifting partner had a client for another hour so I went ahead and hit chest first. 10 min on stair stepper, then a rotator cuff warmup/ pec pump with cable flys. I decided to superset 4 excercises together to mix it up. First round was incline BB 185x10 straight to 80 DB flat press, then incline flys with 30 DB's, then 15 pushups. After about 2 min round 2 was 185 for 8, 80's for 5, 30's flys for 8, finished with another 15 pushups.
After those 2 sets I hit incline barbell with 135 BB for 15 4 sets, then finished with a few sets of cable flys to hit any remaining fibers. After my bud was good to go we did DB lat rows; 75x10, 100x10, 120x12 for 3 sets (stupid girly man gym doesn't have bigger weights!). Next was Lat pulldowns 100x10 150x10 200x10 and 250x8 with 2 negatives at the end. I mixed in lat pullovers between every set also. After that we felt warm and we both just got new belts so it was time for deads. A couple weeks back when attempting 495 my shitty belt I had popped a loop and hurt myself nice and good. We worked up a wheel every set so 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x3, then we put on 500 to hit a PR (not smart considering what happened but hell I felt good). The first attempt I got it to my knees and lost form so i dropped it. Then my bud pulls it for his new PR. I was like fuck that I'm doing this so I got setup and pulled, after a good few seconds and tunnel vision I got it for my new PR so stoked to hit 500, now its time to squat it!
 
Yea man I feel ya there, after my last cycle I had an STD test ran and got them to do some extra bloods. My est wasn't bad apparently but my liver enzymes were fairly elevated (bummer no halotestin or cheque drops this time around), so in lieu of that I picked up injectable dbol/adrol rather than oral tabs to lessen the liver toxicity (one less pass through the liver), also we dropped the dose to a better 25mg ED of both. Grabbed some Himalayan liver support and also am increasing my choline intake, you can do this with supps or actually a trick from Evan Centopani is to eat alot of whole eggs. I do both, not trying to die here. Iv'e got both jobs today unfortunately but hopefully I can get in a decent arm workout here either in a few or later tonight.
 
Had a fit in the parking lot last night that the gym was closed on the 4th lol. Probably could use a day off though honestly. Hit arms a couple nights ago, had the nastiest dbol pumps I'm loving this geneza pharma dbol/drol oil at 25mg ED the bloating isn't even that bad. My last cycle I did a blend that was supposedly 50/50/50 dbol/drol/suspension, bs that shit was bunk cuz this is 100x better. Boutta hit chesticles here gunna stay light n rep out 225 here. Plan is to hit bench with the slingshot on Tues and we'll hit suspension in lats before I'll let ya guys know how much we push.
 
Alright. The first real balls out leg day. Feeling all the compounds good, had a fat last couple of meals last night then ate a few light meals before hitting the gym. My liftn partna n I have a tradition of hitting a certain lift every 1st leg day of the month. It's a pyramid on a squat press. Kinda like a leg press with a deeper ROM. 1 45 a side for 10, 2 for 20, 3 for 30, 4 for 40, 5 for 50, 6 for 60. Yeah that last one gave me hands down best full leg pump possible like on the ground in anguish, live for that shit. After a few min to recover from that 20 min doomset, we moved to squats. 135x15, 225x 12 315x6 405x6. That's the most I've done with form on 405. My eyes were ultra bloodshot after that gunna try 495 next week I think though. After that we were so dead so we did some weighted calf press and then hit bodyweight calf raises for 10/20/30/40.
I ate so much. I just finished my steak n rice about to pass out I'm exhausted. Weighed in at 218 after the lift still loving 25mg ED bloat is almost nonexistent and no drol headaches like I get at 50-100. I'll post again after super bench day on Tues.

Just finished slingshot band day. My upper body is worked, it's hard to type. Just put down 2 meals, first was my post of gatorade and pasta with ground beef. Second was a new york steak with a couple cups of qinoua. Before i pass out ill probably eat a few more eggs and maybe a shake for some overkill. Before I pinned my test e, my deca, my dbol/drol (bad pip in my delt), and suspension... it took being stuck 5 times by 29 g needles in the lats where the plunger would't budge for some reason before I resorted to loading a 23g with my 1 ml and pinned left quad. That shit hurt, and still pretty tender now about 5 hours later too.

I downed some mr. Hyde pre and hit the gym. As we warmed up I did 315 for a pretty easy 2 raw, I wanted to hit my raw PR before hitting the slingshot. We worked up to 355 I failed on my first attempt. I then hit 345 for 2. I collected myself and attempted 355 again, I controlled the eccentric and pushed for a solid new PR. Next we put on the band. 375 for 3, 405 for 3, 455 for 2, 495 for a brootal 1, I sniffed ammonia a little to much and burned the fuck out of my nose but that shit makes you rage. After 2 hours of heavy pressing we hit a quick few sets of flys, then moved to the squat rack and set up to push out of the bottom of the bench movement with fat grips and band resistance with 225, I had the hardest time doing 3 sets of 3 a very heavy explosive contraction was perfect for the end.

The Gyno is slowly increasing, not even a nuisance at the moment but if proviron @ 50mg ED isn't preventing it then were gunna start running caber. Weight was about 223 so solid weight gains now excited to start EQ later this month gunna drop the deca @ week 10 and jump on 1000mg EQ a week with the dbol/drol still @ 25mg each ED. Looking massive tried to put on a tee that was lose a couple years ago and I tore the armpit at work it was so tight haha. Vascularity is increasing as well as definition, not as concerned until late august when I kick the diet into full cutting and start the winny.
