Women and Anavar Cycle PCT

New member and read through some old forum posts regarding this topic. I am a 37yr old woman who just finished a 8 week cycle of Anavar 5 mg 2x day. I tapered on and off. Goals is to increase strength and build muscle. Afterwards I have been lethargic, and a bit depressed with with some weight loss. I am missing the strength gains I felt on such a small amount of var. I was on such a small amount I didn't expect to need a PCT. I have now read that I should possibly use a SARM (Novaldex, osterine etc) between my anavar cycles.
Any recommendations/suggestions?
Should I cycle a SARM inbetween my var cycles to maintain strength and/or estrogen levels?

I did cycle in some creatine post cycle (Or should I take with anavar?)

No females in my local area to discuss this with. Any guidance would be appreciated.

JK, I think most women are able to just stop a cycle without using any kind of PCT. SERMs are different than than SARMs

I'd suggest dropping $75 on some blood work to see just what your hormone levels are.

I use labsmd.com and get the hormone panel for females... but select "male"

I have not had any bloodwork done yet but I am thinking I need to. How is the best way to go about getting bloodwork done? Through my doctor?

JK, we do our own blood work through the websites we just mentioned above. no need to see the Doc. Do your own.

Privatemdlabs has always been reliable.

Old thread, but I know you're active. For a female would this be the best test?

Hormone Panel with Testosterone LC/MS-MS

Description: This is our Hormone Panel for Females with Total Testosterone LC/MS-MS to provide actual levels when Total Testosterone results are >1500.
