I've got a female friend taking DNP. She's fairly new to the supp's game so i've been advising her on the use of DNP (having ran it before).
She's on a moderatley low carb diet, with plenty of protein and efa's. She's hit day 6 now (just took her 1st of 2 caps, ran 200mg for 3 days and then on to 400mg for 7) and she is not feeling the heat at all.
I can summise that perhaps carbs in her diet are quite low and so perhaps the ATP process won't be being interupted as much as someone on a diet that is more carb heavy.
I've actually advised her to up her carbs for today considerably just to make sure the caps are DNP - would be very odd if they aren't since its a source i've used for years and years.
Is this unheard of, for someone not to feel the heat at all?
For this cycle i've advised her to stay at 400mg until the end of it and then see how the weight loss is and consider whether next time 600mg is worth it.
I myself find 400mg perfect - heat but bareable and plenty of weight loss. And i'm 254lbs and about 15% BF, she's about 160lbs and in the mid 20's and can't feel a thing - surely my size (50% heavier!) should make me feel the heat less?
Any advice on what may be going on?
