I just answered your question in the diet forum before i saw this pic and info......Yes you could definately train 3x / week at 16. Basic core lifts will benefit you nicely. You have a nice start.
u would benefit from a pizza a day as well. and the core lifts like every one else suggested. and have ur mom buy u some creatine as well. if she gives u any heat talk to her about lebron james. and than tell her u want a hummer h2
in 3 days u cant get the BEST workout, but a good one sure.. U seem to have good geens so take advantage of it!
