Work out routine question

Just a guy trying....
i am interested in getting a info on what would be a good work out plan to go with. Instead of the mix up i do now. i would like to gain a fair amount of strength and definition. Also if you read my link you will see what i am on to go along with this... thanks
 
first: no, i am not reading your link. I am drinking Jim Beam and all of my concentration goes into this post, and this post alone.

second: i see your location is Gainesville, FL. If I recall, your team donkey-stomped my team last Saturday. Not cool. However, I will provide an un-biased opinion.

third: hard to know what type of ExRx to prescribe without some stats. Height/Weight/Normal Daily Activity/Diet, etc.
