okay guys i have a question on work out the ? is when i work out my muclse pull so dam easy and i do my stretches and warm-ups even if i do a little work out i still get pulled and yes i do eat protein and a mult-vitmain glumatine i this is my work out and when i get pull it is all the dam time it takes about 5-6 days to well up and yes i have took a week off and then started to work out again and the same thing happens to me here is my work out
mon tris and bys 4-3-3-set for both of them
tues legs and hamstrings 4set of both 15-20 reps of light weight and calves
wed rest
thurs shoulder and back and chest 14 sets-20sets-13sets
fri alot of cardo
sat rest
sun rest
even when i was on juice i still get pulled not as bad i well within 3-4 days
and i do about two set before i workout of light weight and low reps to get warm up this has been going on for about 5 years now but does it take the same time for yall to get well up when i mean pulled i mean can not even flex hardly and it hurts bad my gens must really suck i get all my work out from flex books but not as many reps they do
