Workout Cycle Plan w/ Test E (Please Read/Critique)

So for the past 6 weeks I have been on Dbol/500mg test e weekly...

Weeks 1-5 Dbol 40mg ED
Weeks 1-14 Test E 500mg every week
Arimidex 1mg EoD

So I am deciding to try a new workout cycle to get more out of my workouts and more lifts in each week...

Day 1 - Chest Biceps
Day 2 - Legs/Shoulders
Day 3 - Back/Triceps
Day 4 - Rest

Repeat

Does anyone think this is a solid workout routine? I would like to hit my muscles groups more since I have test e helping with recovery.

Also, my diet is good, in check, getting at least 300g protein each day

If u havent already then try doing some drop sets and/or rest pause in some exercises bro

Also if u r giving 60 seconds pause try giving maybe 45 seconds pause between each set

Change the way you estimulate your muscles bra
 
I used the routine you are proposing many times. You can go into the gym and hammer 2 body parts one day and you know you can give your all to what you are working that day. Full body routines I use more for cutting, but I'm also using less weight.

As far as rest, that is determined by what I'm trying to do. If I am bulking, I take more time between sets and use more weight. I may take up to 3 minutes between sets. For cutting, I may only use 30 seconds rest between sets, and I do more super sets.
