I am about to start my d-bol/Test cycle. I'm 23, 180 lbs., 5'11, been working out for 4 years. my 12 week cycle will be:
week 1-4: D-bol 30 or 40 mg/day.
week 1-12: Test 500 mg/week (250 every mon/thursday)
I was looking for a good workout program i can follow. Most likely I'll be working out 5 days a week. i was wondering if any of you guys know of a good day by day workout plan for chest, back, shoulder, arms, and legs I can follow that would help me bulk up on this cycle. Please help me out. Thank you
