Workout routines

I have a few questions, but instead of asking a few different threads, i will ask all on here. Plz answer all if possible.

1: is it ok to do bis, tris, shoulders and abs on monday,
Squats, calves, quads, hamstrings and abs on wendsday,
And dead lifts, chest, back and traps on friday;
Knowing that i could b in the gym for an hr and a half each day?

2: i was told that 5000 cals a day is a bit excessive, but if i do the insanity workout ( p.90X on crack ) will it help me to build more muscle; knowing that is works your muscles as well as cardio w you body weight ( no weights )?

3: if i eat 5000 cals of lean food apposed to whatever i want, will i build more muscle and less fat?

4 when people use the phrase " warm up ", do they mean a slight run before hand and stretches? Or as many reps as u can with small weight per muscle group? Is this and strethching b4 and after a " must " for building muscle?

I plan on doing this b4, during, and after cycle. Mainly all the calories on my test only cycle. Thanks for the help guys.
 
1. lift with proper form and intensity. work each muscle group between twice a week and once every 5 days... or at minimum once a week. blast the group until you get a propper pump while incorporating progressive overload. a good rule of thumb is 5x5x5. work major compound olympic lifts first and glamour muscles after. master all of that and wait until you stop pushing heavier weight before you start getting fancy.

2,3. find someone to lay out a diet for you because you clearly can't do it yourself.

4. STFU!

Well, i know most of these answers from previous threads, but i havent tried a cycle b4, so i am getting myself ready. Idk how things may change from off cycle to on. Some say u can work out for two hrs because your muscles can handle it on cycle. Some say to only stretch after so u dont tear anything. These are reasons for my last thread. I just want to b 100 percent incase i need to change anything. This stuff isnt cheap and alot of ppl on here tell me that if i cant build muscle off cycle, then i am not going to c results on cycle. I just want to make sure im perfect. Thats all. Ive gotten a few mixed answers, so i hoped i could get more on here. Haha. Sry if i ask stupid questions. And gadogs, i will take your advice all the way. I guess the nervous feeling wont stop till i start. Lol. But thanks again guys. Youve been alot of help. And plz stop criticizing guys. I may reapeat questions, but i dont need insults. Im trying hard to make sure i dont screw up. Thanks again
 
Some ppl say to lift w each muscle group twice a week. My gym pwner says to to wait three days after you stop being sore b4 you use that muscle group again. Is that the recommended time frame?
 
You are going to hear the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over. DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. I don't want to be mean man but you are no where near ready to be on a cycle. If you don't even know how to workout and don't know if you should stretch more on cycle? WTF?

How long have you been training?
What are your stats including BF?
how many cals do you need to maintain your current Body weight?
How often do you train?
How often do you drink?

I am serious here, not trying to give you a hard time. It's just seems that you are new to lifting and dieting in general. You should have your diet 100% in check for a while before thinking about cycling and need to have a good solid base with lower body fat to reduce the risk of sides.
 
Ive been lifting for two and a half years. I drink once a month, if that. Im 25, bf of 15 - 20 percent, 201 lbs and 6 ft 1 inch. Since ive started lifting, the owner of my gym ( 50 yrs old and 4 percent bf ) told me to cut my fat below 20 grams a day. After i did, my testosterone crashed to that of a 58 yr old. I paid three different trainers to show me how to eat and lift. But all had different opinions on EVERYtHING. After two yrs, i went to the doctor because i was seeing NO results at all. Thats when i found out my test was very low. Im currently on trt. But now that its regulating, i ended up getting an acct on here to ask around for the best results. I understand that everyone is different, but im sure there has to b something in common with everyone. I just dont want to waste any time by making any mistakes. Thats y i am asking all these questions. I have two and a half yrs of strength to make up, u know? Sure, i know most of the answers on my questions. But i like feedback to c what works w other ppl incase i need to change something from what these trainers had filled me in on. I like to hear what works for the majority of ppl on here, for better luck on it working for me. So im asking alot of questions incase my knowledge has been lead in the wrong direction.

Smart thinking make sure your completely ready before getting on cycle you will gain that much more
