ok so because of my work im not getting to train like i normally do. So i have been trying to find a new split i work 12 hour days so too tired to workout after or before work. So i was thinking i have three days off fri, sat, sun, thinking about doin legs on friday chest on sat then back on sun. The next weekend doin legs arms and shoulders would this still be sufficientt? My legs need the most work is why i have them every week but i dont want to be undertraining i guess u could say lol what do u guys suggest i heard u grow more the less u workout so just trying to lower my time in the gym i normally go about six days a week so i really need some advice on this. any help is appreciated!

Do something like this:

Chest,shoulders,tri's,abs
Legs
Back, bi's, abs

Seems like too much time in between on the split you mentioned.

Chest Tri's Friday, Back Bi's Sat/ Legs, Shoulders Sun ? something like that may work. I have a similar problem with scheduling. I work 12 hours shifts also. I usually wind up doing a long full body or push/pull&legs days and just alternate.

If you only have those 3 days get your shoulders in the same day you do chest because you're working shoulders alot when you work your chest. I do my rear delts on back day because you hit your traps when you're doing rear delts. You hit lats when you're working chest too but they don't get as much as shoulders do so I'd do em on a separate day.

:biggthump This will be what i'm going to switch to bc of my work schedule too.
