looking for some suggestions on a good solid workout? looking to bulk and get strenght so dont post no pussy workouts plz
 
There are tons of them out there. It really depends on how much time/effort your willing to put in.

5 days on 2 days off. Sometimes its 6 others its 4. Just depends on how my body feels that day. I do one muscle group a day no more and that has done wonders for me for certain parts of my body.

Give some more info about what your looking for and how much time you have and we can give you better advice...Also, if you use the search function on the top of the page and go to expanded search, type in "routines" in title section only, you'll find tons of info about different approaches. Right now 5x5 is probably one of the most popular ones.
 
well i feel like ive hit a platue and im looking for something to get me a little more before i get and start my gear. i can workout 4-5 days a week. ive checked out the 5x5 and someone else had recommended something else instead. just looking for some routines and then gonna build one that fits
 
If you hit a platue I would suggest working one muscle group per day making sure you still get your recovery.

With this routine make sure that you get about 20 sets in minimum, doing reps of 8-12 per set. Make sure that your breaks inbetween are short 20-45 seconds the max.
 
Research DC training. Esp if your starting a cycle. Best way to break a platue and add mass....if you do it right.
