Yes, low dose is the way to go split to twice a day. A.M. AND P.M. try to bump at same time everyday if possible. Im running 60mgs/day right now, and water retention is way more noticeable than at 30-35mgs/day, at least for me. I have to admit though, it is what it is.
 
Biggin, can you tell a big difference in strength as well, with the higher dose? I mean I would assume there would have to be a break even point on dosage v/s benefit v/s strength.
 
Honestly Cakalac, from my personal experience, strength gains seem to be greater at 30mgs/day versus 60mgs. Im just playing around with it for 5 weeks alongside 750mgs/week of omnas and 400mgs/week of tren-e. Defintely the strength is better at 30mgs imo, and next cycle that is the dosage Im gonna stick with. The only difference I can see at runnin 60mgs is the water retention, which the tren will take care of.
 
I really believe u will get off better with a dose range between 30-40 mgs/day.
 
I agree. I am going to keep it in that range. I will likely go with 30mgs since when I did it before at 15mgs I reacted well.
