Would appreciate opinons on this cycle?

Height- 5***8217;7
1st cycle was sust 250 @ 500mg/wk pinning Monday and Thursday through weeks 1-14, started hcg 1cc 4 days after last pin for 10 days straight at 500iu a day, waited 3 days and started PCT 4 days after completing hcg. Ran Nolva 40/40/20/20
I went from 148lbs- 182lbs after 4 months after PCT I kept 29lbs.


I'm getting ready to run my second cycle and I would like to hear your opinions.
Current Weight:177lbs @ 10%bf
Goal: build lean solid muscle, with vascularity, 10lbs would be great while lowering bodyfat. Interested in building a nice physique with good symetry. Similar to Frank Zane's physique.

Test Cyp @ 500mg/wk 1-14
EQ @ 500mg/wk 1-13
Dbol 30mg ED 1-4
Nolva- 10mg ED 1-14 (to compete with estrogen at the receptor sites)
Anavar 50mg ED 9-14
Adex (AI) .25mg ED or should I just take it when signs flare up?

HCG: Should I run HCG throughout. 250iu every 3 to 4 days. ( then stop Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 1 week before PCT)

PCT: Nolva 40/40/20/20mg ED - Start 18 days after last pin

would clomid be necessary? if it is then I would run it with the nolva as posted above at 100/50/50/25mg ED

Supplements: Creatine
NOXP3
glutamine
Beta-Alaine
BCAA
Whey Isolate Protein
Fish Oil pills: 6 pills a day between meals spread out through day
Animal Pak Multi-vitamin 2 packs a day. 1 in the morning, 1 at night

Drinking a gallon of water a day, along with some cranberry juice for liver aid



Sample of daily diet:
6:00 am Meal 1: 40g Whey Isolate Protein and a cup of Green Tea
8:00 am Meal 2: 6 boiled Egg Whites, ½ a cup of Oatmeal, 1/2 a Grapefruit and 1 serving of BCAA***8217;s
9 am -12pm Cardio /Workout
12:30 pm Meal 3: 40g Whey Isolate Protein
2:30 pm Meal 4: 6 oz. Chicken Breast and 1/2 a cup of Brown Rice
4:30 pm Meal 5: 6 oz. Tuna, 2 cups of Spinach, 1 small Banana & Flaxseed Oil
6:00 pm Meal 6: Protein shake: 50g Whey Isolate, a serving of L-Glutamine, BCAA***8217;s, Multi Vitamin & Vitamin C
8:00 pm Meal 7: 6 oz. Tilapia, 2 Sweet Potatoes & 1 cup of spinach
9:30 pm Meal 8: 2 scoops of Casein Protein, 1 serving of Fish Oil & a serving of Glutamine

Cardio 3x a week at HIT for 10-20 min

Workout:
( Before each workout warm up with 10 min of cardio & 5 min of stretching end each workout with a cooldown light cardio 10 min walk incline on treadmill)
Monday- Chest & Tri's calves, abs
Tuesday- Back,Lats & Bi's ,calves,abs
Wednesday- Shoulders,Traps,calves,abs
Thursday- Legs, abs
Friday- TRX training
Sat-Rest
Sun-20-40 min light cardio, abs


What do you think about this cycle, can you offer any insight and did I provide enough information?

I'd throw some clomid in for pct.
I wouldn't suggest running 2 orals....one or the other..
You don't wanna go to crazy on your 2nd go around
 
yea, I wasn't really sure if I should run dbol or not, had mixed feelings about it. I've read that some people use it to kick start their cycle.
 
Totally agree with Justin, don't run 2 orals and add clomid. I would also add 1200mgs NAC per day for liver support.
If you do run EQ make sure to have bloods half way through and at the end, make an appointment to donate around the middle as well. Monitor your BP too. EQ promotes the creation of red blood cells and it will raise your hematocrit as well as BP so donating and monitoring is very important.
Personally I think deca is a better choice for a second cycle but I LOVE EQ so I ain't gonna knock it.

Only other comment I would bring up is in your diet, you have 8 meals and half of them are protein shakes, any particular reason why?
 
Second cycle I'd do testosterone and an oral. Save the Equipoise. I wouldn't add two new compounds straight away, but that's just me.
 
Drop one of the orals. If you decide to keep Dbol, increase dosage to 40-50mg/day

Adjust Arimidex to .25mg/everyOtherday, and make further adjustments based on blood results. Don't cycle without an AI. Period

Drop the Nolvadex during cycle. Add Clomid to your PCT @150/100/50/50

As others mentioned, I would also drop the EQ. I personally don't care for the stuff & find Deca to be a superior choice...but if you decide to keep it, put your EQ & Test dosages in the 650-700mg/week range

Run Test 2 weeks longer than EQ

Bump up the eq to at least 700. If I ever run eq again it'll be about a gram and a half. Then just follow the advice given above. Quick question though...why did you stay cycling only being in the 140's? That was a bad idea. You could have gotten bigger naturally. You should have. Too late now...
 
Thanks for your opinions, yea I've seen it done so many ways some run test 500mg and EQ 400 , but I have read the EQ is mild and some say to run it at a higher dosage. Kazmir the protein shakes was just what I did for that day. I mix it up throughout the week depending on what I have going on with work.
Today will go like this for ex.)
9:00 AM: 5 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg, half a cup of Oatmeal & Banana
11:00 AM: Protein Shake & Apple
1:00 PM: 8oz. Chicken Breast, Salad & Sweet Potato
3:30 PM: Ham Sandwich, Grapes
6:00 PM: Protein Shake
7:30 PM: 8 oz. Steak, Sweet Potato, Broccoli & Salad
10:00 PM: Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, 2 glasses of Milk
11:30 PM: Half cup of Greek Yogurt & Blue Berries


Thank you to all of you for sharing your opinions, can't wait to hear more. Norsegod I agree with you fully man. It would have been more beneficial for me to have wait. I could have got my weight up naturally, but I'm one of the many who had the gear in my hands and being foolish I fell into temptation of instant gratification as seeing my peers crusing on low dose getting stronger and getting attention from the women and winning competitions I caved in, but I never started pinning without doing my research first and making sure I had what I needed. Getting what I need isn't a problem. I was told that I was over thinking everything by planning everything out on a calendar, but I believe if you don't have a well thought out plan then you're just planning to fail. I was extremely pleased with the results tho. I'd like to stick to the whole time on=time off theory vs staying on a low dose of test year round. Some buddies will argue saying that coming off and getting back on is not good for my blood levels, ( i got them check btw and the Dr. said everything was great) but I like the thought of being able to go without it for a couple months and letting my natural test levels come back to normal before planning another cycle. What are your opinions on this?


For my height @ 5'7 I'm not really interested in looking like today's bodybuilder. If I can get to 170-190 and be aesthetic, I'll be a happy camper. I don't think I'm that far away from reaching that goal. I do however like to follow the guidlines on greek proportions and having good symmetry. I don't live day to day caring about what the scale says, I prefer looking in the mirror and judging my physique as if I'm an artist. I see places that need more clay and work at it and understand building your body takes time and discipline. Having low BF% is more important to me & I feel that it gives the illusion of being big. So once I get to a certain size that looks good it'll just be maintenance after that point.

So around which cycle do you think you would start EQ and is dbol worth it? I heard it's notorious for retaining water, that's why instead of 50mg a day, I was thinking 30mg and figured the (AI) would help with bloat and water retention. I'm glad I found this site, It's nice to talk to other people about this subject. You would think I was talking about witchcraft around in my area. Thanks to you all, I'll check back in later.
