WTF? Gyno and not on gear??????

Hey, I noticed on Friday that my left nip was really sore. Came out of nowhere. I can pinch it and feel a lump right under the nip that is about the diameter of my nip or a little larger! And my right nip is completely painless and lump free. So much so that when I push on it, it almost seems like it is depressed underneath.

How the fuck can this happen when I am not on juice, or been on juice recently? I am not taking any prohormones or any supplements for that matter. I started taking Nolvadex on Friday. Still very sore. I am trying to get a Dr. appt this week if I can.

I have done D-bol and up to 800mgs of test a week in the past with no anti-e's and never had a problem of any kind. Now I am paranoid that this is a tumor or some shit. I am on inhaled steroids for my asthma called Advair, but I didn't think that could aromatise into estrogen. Any input? This shit came out of the blue, no symptoms a week ago. And my left nip is VERY sore.

I have an appt tomorrow. I have not been on gear since July. A week ago I felt nothing and then Friday I bumped it and it hurt, and the lump is still there and it is still sore. I am going to start taking 2 Nolva a day. Hoping the doc can tell me more and prescrice something.

I'd definitely keep up the Nolva. 40-60mg/ED until it feels better. It definitely can't hurt.

the docs will know more than us mere mortals but i would say its definately possible to get gyno without being on gear . your hormones can go astray even without outside influence , my hpta shutdown at least several months post cycle and i had allready recovered [ bloodwork ok ] the only thing different in my life at the time was back surgery and all thge cortisone shots they had me on

Yeah you might want to have him check your estrogen levels to see if they are in the normal range. I bet he tells you it will just go away on it's own. I don't think he will give you a perscription.

Breast cancer is not sore to the touch and very rare in men (1000 a year in the US get it) so I wouldn't worry about a cancerous lump. This info is from www.gynocomastia.org.

I wonder if this was a cause of your natural genetics, as people can get gyno without every touching any juice. Seems weird to just kick in now, but perhaps something triggered it and boom voila! Keep us up to date, hope your insurance covers it if you need surgery.

This is true. And you really need to lay off that Mary Jane you been smoking. That contributes too.

Also sex with ugly women causes gyno. Of course, understanding your situation and realizing ugly women are all you can get, I say just go ahead and have the gland removed.

It's called idiopathic gynocomastia. "Idiopathic" means "beats the heck out of us as to what causes it".

However, HPTA suppression is certainly possible with this class of medications, so I suppose it is possible for it to be the corticosteroids. There is wide variability as to individual reactions. I'm assuming you are on inhaled corticosteroids here (systemics would be more likely to cause side effects).

Yeah, I am on inhaled steroids. I was on it for about a month, 2 puffs a day and it came out of no where. I am going to the doc here in a couple hours.
