How can my test level be so low and I have no signs or symptons? I jerk off 3 times a day. Bang my girl, at least once a day. I'm not depressed and I don't have a erection problems... But my total test level is 203? WTF?

Whats your free test. Total test dont mean a thing long as your free test is in the normal. Buttt you prob didnt check for that.

Yes, also it dependson the time of day you measure it. At least that is what they make us do here, they will not let you take the test after 10AM in the morning.

Yes. And more, your total testosterone might not really be that low. The total testosterone is often inaccurate anyway.

The free testosterone is the testosterone that is not bound. You see, if it is bound to something, then it is inactive.

You certainly shouldn't go on HRT or anything like that if you don't have symptoms of hypogonadism (low testosterone).

Did you test you testosterone to check your recovery from a cycle?

Yes, I've been off a while now about 8 months. Would the free test be called something else? I'm looking at my Quest Diagnostic lab sheet and I don't see it on here?

My doc is gonna test me again: LH,FSH,TSH,Total Test,T-4,DHEA,Estradoil... Any of these have to do with "Free Test"?

When they took mine it had on it bio available test and total test. usually they test for free test when they do total test.

Nope, it isn't there. 'Free Testosterone' and 'Free Serum Testosterone' are the only names I've ever heard to describe the test.

'Bioavailable Testosterone' will do as well. Actually, it might be better. Another name for bioavailable testosterone is 'Free and Weakly Bound Testosterone.'
