Yoga workout routines for relaxation

Here are some yoga poses that may help with relaxation:

Just wrapped up a yoga session and wow—who knew relaxation could be this hilarious? Started in Child’s Pose (basically adult timeout), flowed into Downward Dog like I was casually imitating my pet, then threw in some cat-cow moves just to moo and meow my stress away. Ended up in Savasana, totally not napping (okay, maybe a little). Yoga really is just exercise dressed as a nap, and I’m here for it. Flexibility? Eh. Inner peace? Kinda. Comedy? Absolutely. 10/10 would zen again.
