yohimbine & heart rate question

im looking into taking yohimbine, however i read that increases ur heart rate and my heart rate has gone up from 118/62 to 143/61...im deff thinking of getting my heart checked up on once a week...but since yohimbine increases it should i not take it considering my heart pressure has gone up already....if i shouldnt take this stuff should i look into tribulus???
