GYM: Heavy Arms Starting with Tri's then Bi's. I did about 20-25 sets all together. 2hrs.

GYM: Shoulders DB press 60lbsx20, 70lbsx15, 80lbsx10, 90lbsx5. Military press w/spider bar 80lbsx10, 90lbsx10, 100lbsx10, 110lbsx10. Machine shoulder press 180lbsx10, 270lbsx10, 360lbsx5. DB Extension 3 sets. Shrugs 2 sets. Cables 10sets. CARDIO 10 minutes.

Test (left glute)

GYM: LEGS: Squats 135lbsx10, 225lbsx5, 315lbsx5, 405lbsx5, 425lbsx5, 445lbsx5. Leg Presses 270lbsx12, 360lbsx12, 540lbsx12, 630lbsx12, 810lbsx12.then went down in weight. Leg Extensions did 8 sets. Hamstring Extensions 4 sets. Calf raises 8 sets. Cardio 15 minutes.

GYM: Arms: Hit Triceps Hard and first. Then Focused on Bi's. 10 sets tris 10 sets bi's.

Update pics

sorry guys. I sorta just flaked out on keeping up with the journal this time. Here are some of my progress pics. Goal was to thicken up chest and put on some weight in the tris. All got accomplished.
