your favorite protein powder

5+1 is junk. The extra lb you are getting is maltodextrin. One of the best whey's is optimum 100% whey. If you want something to fill you up and a good blend go to www.proteincustomizer.com and get a 70% milk iso 30% egg blend.

oh my there have been a ton of threads on this here..

100% whey from Optimum.. best ever for me.

Same here. I get the 10 pound bag from advantagesupplements.com for $45 or so. That lasts me a couple months usually.

I like NytroWhey, for a shake that makes you full get a micellar casein, milk protein isolate and WPI/CFM blend for proteincustomizers

string_bean00: I also get the 10pound bag :) but how the hell do u get it to last months? 1 month tops!
Shit only 45$ ?? Its like 110$ overe here! gotta buy me some 100% form over there.
Note: I know the guy i´m buying from and am getting 10% lower price etc. Lowest price i can get over here, but what dont u do for good proteins :)

I use the advance formula "Triple Threat" from Mass Quantities. They have both vanilla & chocolate powders. Both dissolve very quickly, no lumps. The vanilla flavored is excellent by itself, mixed with instant coffee granuals, or with orange juice. The chocololate is great in water, milk and you can add coffee for a nice mocha!

I have tried MANY protein powders and I recently bought the 10lb bag of Optimum Nutrition's whey protein. The stuff mixes up easily and tastes pretty good. I put a couple scoops of protein in with 2 scoops of powder and i cup of milk and you got about 62 grams of protein! The price is also great at about $45 from www.bulknutrition.com.

I'm curious as to fellow Canadians finding deals on protein. I get mine at costco, but it tastes like ass (only comes in vanilla), but it mixes well and is high quality stuff. It works out to about $10 canadian a pound, which is a little above what I paid per pound (after shipping), for some Optimum whey supreme which doesn't mix well and has only 21g/serving as opposed to 32.

Oh and about favorite, well I liked Iso XP chocolate alot. I had some laying around at home when I went back for christmas, I bought it a good while back from the local GNC (ugh!, although it actually was a decent price). Tasted like a chocolate-vanilla milkshake even in water.

Optimum nutrition whey protein. It is cheap, tastes good, and mixes easy. You can get a 10 lbs. bag off supplementcentral.com for like 47.95.
