Hey guys I plan on using the diet that I used when I cut 32lbs in 13weeks and went from 20%bf to 6%. My goals with this cycle is to gain size and lose bf%. Hope be around 3-5%bf weighting 195-205lbs.
Now I weight between 182-185lbs.
My lifts are just sets of 8-12. I've switched it up to 2 sets of heavy reps and last 2 of 8-10 reps.
Stats:
182-185lbs
6-8%
Bench: 350lbs Squat: 405lbs Military: 240lbs

Cycle Outlook: Kalpa Pharmaceuticals
Week 1-10 test Prop 250/week
Week 1-8 tren Ace 400mg/week First and last week will be 300mg
Week 3-10 Anavar 70mg ED

Week 1-14 post cycle therapy (pct) Assist
Week 2-9 Prami .40mg eod or ed depending on sides.
Week 2-10 letro .30 e3d
Week 1-8 500ius/week.... 250iu's 2x/week T&Tr
Week 9- Last 10 days Blast 500iu's ed

yea man anything above .30mg
i start sweating and shit and want to puke, it makes it very hard for me to sleep because of how sick i feel above .30mg. at .30mg its perfect
 
Fish oil (1,000 mg) serving> 2 capsules
CLA (1,000 mg) serving>2 capsules
HMB serving> 4 capsules
Multivitavin serving> 1
BCAA's serving> 5 grams
L- Glutamine serving>5 grams
Vitamin C serving> 3,000 mg

*one of the chicken meals can be replaced with top sirloin or flank steak
*rice can be replaced with serving of white or sweet potatoes
*must drink at least 10 ounces of water every hour

DIET PLAN

7:15am Wake

7:30am 9 large egg whites
1/2 cup (dry uncooked) oat meal
with nonfat milk or water
*2cla's, 2fish oils, multivitamin, 1,000 mg(1 capsule) vitamin c

8:30am Train

10:30am 2 scoops of protein
*add 5 grams of BCAA"S & 5 grams L-Glutamine


12:30pm 7 ounces of chicken
1 med sweet potato " 6 ounce
3 ounces of brocholli
*2cla's, 2 fish oils

3:30pm 7 ounces of chicken
1/2 cup of rice
3 ounces of brocholli
*2cla's, 2 fish oils, 1 capsule (1,000mg) vitamin C, 4hmb

6:00pm 7 ounce of chicken
5.3 ounce of potato
3 ounce of broccoli

8:30pm 1 and half cans of tuna
3 ounces of brocholli

11:00pm 2 scoops of protein shake
add 5 grams of bcaa's and 5 grams of L-glutamine
*4 hmb

12:00am SLEEP

Now I weight 182lbs, I think imam just stay here between 182-185 before I start, because I don***8217;t feel like cutting anymore haha, because I would like to be at a solid 190-200lbs with 3-5%bf.

Hey so I am doing an almost identical cycle as you, I am using Kalpa Pharmaceuticals as well, im doing test p and tren ace 100mg eod for ten weeks. I am on my 7th day in, and i dont feel anything yet bro, so keep us updated on how you feel once you start, im curious because im doing the same brand as you and i dont feel anything! maybe will kick in after second week as many report. I am also running clen 120mcgs 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, t3 100mcgs ed, and will add Winstrol (winny) 50mg ed fifth week in.

dam, maybe its because of the clen? I hope this shit isn't bunk or ill be pissed off. I heard great reviews about their tren ace and var. I did tren ace last year, i felt that shit the first day man. I def will. Let me know if you do too!
 
also i checked the CRN on the bottle to match the main website of kalpa and everything was G2G

I have seen nothing but great reviews on kalpa thats why i went with them too. My clen and t3 are kalpa too,and they are def g2g !! And what did you "feel" in your first pin last year?

my tren bottles are in a darker bottle, and only one of my test props are in a clear bottle like yours. I woke up fews times at night, crazy sweats at the gym. I would give it atleast another 7 days, sides would be the first to come and the sweating and shit. Strength gains for me was like week 2 slowly.
 
did first injection in the shoulder feels good, same as with my HCG, did 250ius.. kinda gotta say it burned a little haaha. But everything was smooth!
 
ok so its my second day, idk y but ive been sticking to that diet for 4-5 weeks and now im just like crazy hungry now, imma see how the results are coming in, and the weight gain in about two weeks. and ill add some fats, and whatever advice that ill get, if not ill just research what will suit me best. I'm pinning the shoulder tomorrow morning, i wont be logging in alot next week because i have all my exams :/.
 
Did the second injection today in the right shoulder, no pip like on the left shoulder :). Everything else is going smooth so far, sleeping like a baby; thats prob gonna stop soon haha
 
Did chest again today, still sleeping like a baby, working late late tonight till 5am. Gotta prepare all that food haha, pumps are nice so far, can't wait till next tuesday and it will be 2 weeks. I will be adding more kcal to diet.
 
Me and you share the same weight and training weights and technique..
I also see the same pattern in meals almost, but 3j fixed mine.
I only feel better if I eat more carbs before hitting the gym..

Why are u using hcg 250*2 times? Don't u think its better to do 500*2 as u are injecting tren?
I'm stacking test p, npp, masteron and var.. On week 2.. Kalpa var will be in duty starting week 5 :)
Tell us how the kalpa var goes with u as I'm interested in knowing myself..
