It's good to supplement with zinc and magnesium but don't expect steroid type gains from it. I've used zma before, it was ok but I didn't see anything great from it.

im not expecting steroid gains, but any kind of gains would be nice lol. i don't do creatine or roids, so im trying to find as many other things that can help contribute to me gaining some weight
Yeah, ZMA is not to be seen in a mirror, but when you're heavy training or when you come off Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) (if you use any, of course) it's good for your endo test levels.
