I read that ZMA can increase test production by 30%. Can this cause any noticeable gains in strength that wouldn't have made without it? Basically is it worth the time and money to use?
PS I know that most people here advocate or support juicin but without any juice will ZMA help me at all? Im talkin strength gains mostly.
