Hey, thanks for the thoughts, I never tried a paleo diet. I'm currently getting ready for the summer cut, time to hit up 3js again. Blood type thing was just a question if others use this into their dieting routine?

I just gave this book a read (eat right for your blood type) and I found it very interesting and I'm wondering what others think about this? For my o blood type it kinda looked like a paleo diet to me.
